My cat has distributed my Apple Pencil to an unknown dimension (probably under a piece of furniture) so this piece was made with a finger instead.  I like it so much I may make more.

I am using Procreate.  I liked using my fingers because the brush strokes were typically fatter and it made me think more about form and making nice big strokes for texture. I love making these abstract flow of consciousness paintings.  They start out feeling almost stressful, as I have yet to put down anything that reminds me of anything or is visually interesting.  But as I continue and the painting comes to life, it really does feel like it almost chooses its own path.  I try to listen to what the painting wants to be and help it out.
